Yes you can pickup, we do not accommodate exchanges for purchases made online to be exchanged in-store as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock in the size or style desired.

Fill out exchange form

If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email within 3 business days of receiving the item. We will mail you a shipping  label for returning the item. When we receive your item we will send you a replacement if available, if not issue a refund.
